ISLAMABAD: Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has announced the results of 249 National Assembly seats Tuesday, Geo News reported. According to the announced official results, Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) won 122 seats in National Assembly, Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) 31 while Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) bagged 26 seats. Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) managed to claim 16, Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) 10 while Jamaat-i-Islami (JI) and Pakistan Muslim League-Functional (PML-F) won three NA seats each. Parties that won two seats include Muslim League-Q and Pakhtunkhwa Mili Awami Party, National Peoples Party. Awami National Party (ANP) Qaumi Watan Party, Awami Jamhoori Ittehad, All Pakistan Muslim League (APML), Awami Muslim League, Balochistan National Party and Muslim League-Zia managed to win one seat each in the National Assembly.
